1. Making a Purchase
Choose your favorite TUUB and click “Add to cart” on the product page. Then proceed to the cart, check if the contents are what you intended to order, and click “Checkout” in the bottom right corner. Fill in the necessary shipping details and tick the box “I have read and agree to the privacy policy.” Click “Place order” in the bottom right to proceed to payment. Once the payment is successfully completed, you’ll see a “Thank you” page. TUUB will also send an invoice to your email address, and you can pay via the link in the email if you haven’t already.
2. Payment
Pay conveniently via bank link, credit card, or PayPal. PayPal is a secure and widely used payment method – you don’t even need a PayPal account, although having one makes shopping easier. All payments are made in euros. Available bank links include SEB, Swedbank, LHV, Luminor, COOP, and POCOPAY. You can also choose installment payment via SLICE.

3. Delivery Time
Within Estonia, delivery takes 2–4 working days. We deliver to Omniva, Itella, and DPD parcel lockers, post offices, or via DPD courier to your home.
Shipping costs will be refunded if you return the entire order and used a parcel locker for delivery. If you return only one item out of several, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We do our best to ensure that TUUB reaches you quickly and smoothly, brings joy, and gets plenty of use. But the world isn’t perfect — sometimes something goes wrong with the delivery or there’s a defect in the product. If such an unfortunate thing happens, please let us know immediately by email at hello@tuub.ee, by phone at +372 524 5390, or on Facebook Messenger (tuubofficial). If the product was delivered to the wrong location, got lost, or has a quality issue, we’ll send you a new one right away.
However, if the TUUB product simply didn’t make you happy for some reason, you can return it to us within 100 days 🙂
BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO RETURN
If you’re thinking of returning it because TUUB didn’t quite fit, first consider whether you ordered the correct size. If the material seems too thin (in case of recycled fabric) or too thick, let’s talk — we may be able to find a better solution for you. TUUB is a super practical garment — regardless of body shape, every woman can wear it in at least three different ways. For example: as a layer between your top and bottom garment (a TUUB girl favorite) to keep wind out, avoid your sweater rubbing against your bra, protect your back from getting cold, or make sheer clothing less see-through. It can also serve as a colorful accessory at the neck, or easily transform into a headscarf for protection when it’s rainy or windy after a theater night.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returns are free of charge for any reason within one week after the order arrives in your parcel locker.
Please ensure the product is clean and free from deodorant, makeup, or skin residue, and that the packaging is reusable. It helps if you include a note with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue — you can also refer to your email or Messenger conversation. This helps us resolve your case faster. Thank you!
How to return:
Omniva parcel locker: You received an SMS with a return code. Choose “RETURN” on the screen, enter the code, and attach the return label to your package.
Smartpost: The return code is the same as the one used to open the locker. Press “Return” on the parcel machine and use your original code. No need to add a label — the package will magically find its way to us.
DPD parcel locker: The return code is the same as the one used to open the locker, BUT you must attach the return label following the machine’s instructions.
If the product reaches us properly packaged, clean, and with undamaged packaging, we will refund 100% of the product price within a week (usually faster). If the product is dirty or the packaging is damaged, we will refund 50%, regardless of the damage level.

Discount codes or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. A small balance may remain on the gift card if TUUB products are purchased with a discount. We recommend using gift cards on full-price items — any remaining amount will not be refunded.
5. Privacy Policy
TUUB OÜ is the data controller and will forward the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.
